We help you plan your project 

Once you contract with us we help you make a detailed plan of action, including lining up materials, setting deadlines and developing the process.

We gather the materials and prep the site

We get the best quality materials for the job and prepare the ground for the work to begin, with tools and materials organized and neatly stored.

We complete the job to your agreed specifications

We welcome your inspection as we work and are extremely diligent to fulfill the specifications we agreed on in our contract.

We review the work with you and make any needed adjustments

We do not complete the job without a final review from you and a sign-off that the work was satisfactorily completed. We clean the site and leave it looking better than when we came!

Do you book projects for immediate work or is there a long wait time?

Please call us and we will offer you the most expedited service we can. 865-385-4216. Normally, our jobs are done with a good pace and we try to pace ourselves so that new customers can get fast attention.

How does the durability of Hardscape construction compare with other ways to prepare a space or a wall?

Stone and decorative block walls are far superior to wooden walls or fences and will last decades longer. Pavers for walks, driveways and patios are not only more attractive and "classy" but they will usually not crack like concrete does nor will they typically discolor. And individual pavers are much easier to replace and repair, if needed.

Who buys the materials and what do Hardscape materials usually cost?

Usually we spell out in our contract with you the buying terms, along with how you are billed for materials costs.We do a lot of work in this industry and have sources for the highest quality materials as well as good prices available to our customers because of our volume-buying capabilities.
