Outdoor Living
This is where it all comes together. A paver patio that flows into a seating wall, with a fire pit as the centerpiece, and a retaining wall that solves a slope problem while framing the whole space. Most of our biggest, most rewarding projects aren't one fix, they're a complete backyard transformation built from every piece we do.
The result isn't just concrete and stone, it's an outdoor living space engineered for years of memories and enjoyment. Your family spends time here, their evenings around the fire, dinners outside, kiddos running in the grass. This is the backyard you've been picturing. Here's what goes into building it. Hardscapes
Hardscapes are the constructive solutions to your backyard. Paver patios, walkways, fire pits, retaining walls, stairs, and custom stone work are standalone projects or come together into a large transformation.
We use commercial grade pavers, block, and hand picked materials on every job. Built to hold up against real Tennessee weather for years, and structured to give your outdoor living space exactly what it needs. Here, our crew is gluing caps onto the wall shown at the top of the page. Over 3 semi loads of Versalok Buff, special order pavers from North Carolina, and 6 dump truck loads of gravel were used, not including dirt used from their farm.
Concrete
Every driveway, patio, or walkway we pour is built the same way: high strength, commercial grade concrete, installed with real attention to drainage, base prep, and load. A sufficient base, slump, and rebar grid is standard so it doesn't crack, sink, or shift the way a rushed job does.
Whether it's a clean, functional driveway or a stamped and colored patio built to match your home, poured concrete gives you a smooth, solid surface built once and built right. Check out the photo on the left, we poured a nearly 3000 square foot driveway with a Techo Bloc Blue Series Champlain Gray entrance.
Landscaping
Once the concrete's poured and the pavers are set, the last step is making everything around it look just as finished. We handle mulching, tree and shrub planting, flower bed redos, stone borders, sod, seeding, river rock, and much more. These finishing touches complete the space, so your new patio or driveway isn't surrounded by the same tired yard it used to be.
Landscaping is always included in Outdoor Living. Most of our clients add this on once their hardscape project is done too. Landscaping is available as a stand-alone too, for anyone looking to refresh their yard without a full build.
New Standards
Too many driveways and walls get built with shortcuts. Thin materials are used, installs are rushed, and there's no real plan for drainage, load, and rarely design. We hold every project to a higher standard: high strength concrete, commercial grade pavers, and handpicked materials are installed the right way every time.

Do you book projects for immediate work or is there a long wait time?
We book projects on a rolling basis, and timelines shift with the season. Spring and early summer fill up fastest, since that's when most homeowners are planning their outdoor spaces. The sooner you reach out, the more flexibility you'll have on start dates. During your consultation, we'll give you a real, specific timeline for your project, not a vague "we'll get to it."
How does the durability of Hardscape construction compare with other ways to prepare a space or a wall?
Properly built hardscapes including pavers, retaining walls, and poured concrete are built to last a lifetime, not seasons. Compare that to wood retaining walls, which weaken and decompose within a few years, or unreinforced dirt slopes, which erode and shift with every hard rain. Hardscape solutions use engineered materials designed specifically to hold their shape and structure under real weather and real load. Who buys the materials and what do Hardscape materials usually cost?
We source and supply all materials on every project. Commercial-grade pavers, block, and concrete are purchased directly through our trusted vendors, so you're never left tracking down suppliers or guessing at quality. Projects range widely with smaller standalone features starting at around $10,000+. We'll give you an exact number after a walkthrough of your project.
